    What you will do in your working day
    • Bookkeeping from client records to produce VAT returns
    • Assistance with preparation of annual accounts and working papers to an excellent standard, for approval by the manager/partner overseeing the assignment
    • Assistance with ad hoc accounts analysis work as and when required
    • Assistance with completion of self assessment returns, income & expenditure and rental accounts work for individuals and partnerships
    • Basic working knowledge of Xero, Sage, TASBooks and/or Taxcalc (training to be provided where necessary)
    • To respect client confidentiality and report any issues which may affect client relationships to the senior/manager overseeing the assignment
    • Office timesheets to update on a weekly basis
    • Ad hoc administrative duties such as answering the phone, filing and general office duties when required The training you will be getting
      You will recieve your AAT L3 after successful completion of your apprenticeship.

      You will have to attend our Digbeth Campus one day a week (Wednesday) to complete your off the job training.
      What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
      After successful completion of your apprenticeship, there will be the opportunity to progress to your Level 4 or be offered a full time position.
