We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues with a starting package of £24,384 (pro rata), this is made up of a base salary of £22,400 (pro rata) along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1484 discretionary performance related bonus.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone

What you'll bring.

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background

What else you need to know.

  • In a part-time Branch based role, you'll be working 21 hours a week across Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • The role is based in Kendal branch
  • This is a 12 months fixed term contract

Right to work in the UK.

Every individual must have the right to work in the UK to commence employment with Santander either by way of nationality, visa or work permit.
