Overview:

A Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Team Lead with a bias in Electrical or General Building Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team at a premier healthcare site in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a small team consisting of 3 Engineers and 2 Admin staff, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of work.
  • Client Interaction: Attend and contribute to client meetings, representing the engineering team and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Building Services Oversight: Oversee and maintain all building services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and hospital requirements.
  • PPMs and Reactive Maintenance: Provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) services and manage reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the hospital's infrastructure operates efficiently.
  • Managerial Cover: Step into the manager's role in their absence, ensuring continuity of service and leadership.
