Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Project Manager to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who work within in commercial properties.

Principle Responsibilities for the role of Project Manager

  • Manage Projects from order to completion of Making Goods
  • To supervise the design both in house and externally
  • To liaise effectively with Contractors, Subcontractors and Architects
  • To work within budget constraints and to supervise the timely purchase of resources
  • To provide weekly and monthly progress reports for own Projects

Person specification for the role of Project Manager

  • CSCS Black Card or Gold Card
  • Qualified SMSTS
  • Experience within the construction industry
  • Significant experience and technical understanding in the construction industry
  • Experience of commercial glazing

This is a full time permanent Project Manager position, offering an annual salary of up to 45,0000 plus annual company benefits to include a 22 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
