Chargeback Specialist in London UK

Are you looking for a dynamic opportunity in chargeback management? We're offering £14/hr with a remote work arrangement for a Chargeback Specialist role. As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing chargeback activities and inquiries, serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure fair and efficient resolutions. You'll handle operational tasks primarily via email, employing strong written communication skills to analyze cases and make informed decisions. We're seeking individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with comprehensive training provided to support your success.

Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve customer chargebacks and disputesEngage with payment processors, cardholders, and relevant stakeholders in communicationImplement bank and card industry regulations to resolve disputes effectivelyEnsure accurate and timely processing of chargeback claims and maintenance of recordsFoster robust relationships with key partners and serve as a liaison between business units

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in handling fraud, banking, or disputesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in numeracy and computer literacyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood time management and ability to prioritize tasksProactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
