    The role & requirements

    We are looking for an experienced General Manager who is warm, welcoming, passionate about people & truly enjoys the Hospitality Industry.

    This is a very hands-on role being very customer focused.

    We have a wonderful kitchen team and front of house team who are committed to delivering excellent service and love to have lots of fun along the way.

    • Excellent experience in a busy pub required.
    • A natural love for training recruiting & training your team.
    • Excellent Communication skills
    • Genuine love for hospitality
    • Ability to lead & motivate the team.
    • Sales driven with business acumen for long term strategy.
    • Experienced in driving sales via local marketing & social media
