Cooper Lomaz have partnered with a local business in Norwich to source an experienced Security Engineer. The candidate will be joining an established business, providing onsite support to their clients.

Role Overview: As a Hardware Security Engineer, you will be installing hardware and software on clients' premises, including CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms, and access control points. This will require you to have experience working with security systems, installing, servicing, and maintaining the hardware. You will need exceptional customer service skills and be prepared to work independently.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Travel to clients' locations, installing, maintaining, and carrying out regular servicing for security systems, including CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms, and access control points.
  • You will have experience working with related security software.
  • Advise customers on issues relating to their products, servicing, and maintenance of the systems.

Required Skills:

  • Experience working in a similar role is essential for this position.
  • BS7858 screening is essential for this opportunity.
  • Full UK driving licence that has been held for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with clear and effective communication.

Salary, Benefits and Location:

  • Salary of 30, ,000 per annum DOE.
  • PPE and company vehicle provided.
  • The office is based in Norwich; however, daily travel is required to sites where you will be working alone.
