Inghams Diner in Burnley are recruiting for an Apprentice Production Chef. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Catering and Hospitality Qualification which will take approximately 16 months.

Duties:

  • Preparing salads, making sauces and seasonings
  • Making homemade coleslaw
  • Cutting and chopping - knife skills
  • Portion control
  • Stock rotation
  • Stock Checks
  • Plating and presenting dishes
  • Ensuring Health and Safety is observed in the kitchen
  • Hygiene and Cleanliness

Grades:
No formal qualifications required.

Hours:
Tuesday - Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm / Saturday 8:00am - 2:00pm / 30 hours
