The Role:

• Teach engaging and interactive lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities across KS3-KS5

• Develop and deliver an enriching curriculum that encompasses both theoretical knowledge and real-world application, equipping students with essential skills for success

• Support and mentor students as they navigate their academic journey, providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback

• Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and independent thinking

• Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted interventions to ensure every student reaches their full potential

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, develop innovative teaching strategies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our school community.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

• Proven experience teaching Business and/or Economics at KS3-KS5 level, with a track record of achieving excellent results

• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing the academic, personal, and social development of every student

• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds

• A reflective practitioner who is dedicated to their own professional growth and actively seeks opportunities for continuous development
