Tes is supporting the appointment of a Director of IB to join a College based in West Berkshire.

Applications are sought for the position of Director of IB.

The College has been offering the IB since 2012, and in the last few years has seen a significant increase in numbers of pupils choosing this route.

They are seeking someone who fully believes in the vision of the IB, (which aligns closely with the College's Education for Life strategy), to manage, promote, and further develop its' success.

The College has its own salary scale and offers a number of other benefits including health insurance and membership of the Sports Complex. Accommodation may be included.
