Key Responsibilities:

1. Freight Trading: Execute and optimize freight contracts for various commodities, ensuring cost-effective and efficient transportation solutions.
2. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, shipping routes, and industry developments to make informed trading decisions.
3. Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with freight trading activities, implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including trading, operations, and logistics, to align strategies and achieve seamless execution.
5. Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with ship owners, charterers, and brokers to secure favorable terms and contracts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Freight Trader, preferably with a background in physical trading.
