As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Teneo, you will be at the forefront of driving talent acquisition strategies and implementing innovative recruitment initiatives across our business. This pivotal role is a key component of a dedicated, ambitious, and highly professional Global Recruiting Team that strives to foster innovation, streamline processes, and deliver progressive talent solutions to maintain our status as an employer of choice.

In this capacity, you will exhibit a deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment, demonstrate the ability to drive process improvements, and make well-reasoned, timely decisions. Collaboration with the wider Recruiting Team will be essential to your success in this role.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across EMEA offices for all business units, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experiencePartner with senior executives to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategiesDrive a diverse and equitable recruitment process, including partnering with diversity partners and executing a comprehensive diversity strategyServe as a strategic HR Business Partner, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices and contributing to HRBP-related initiativesUtilize Greenhouse ATS for tracking applicants and maintaining a detailed and organized recruitment workflowAnalyze interview feedback and help guide decision making processDemonstrate a strong focus on detail, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-performing team environmentLeverage HRBP experience to enhance business performance through thoughtful people strategies and innovative recruitment solutionsQualifications:Proven experience as a generalist, expert recruiter with a track record of success in full-cycle recruitmentProficient in LinkedIn RecruiterExperience in HRBP roles, with the ability to influence and drive HR initiativesFamiliarity with Greenhouse and/or Workday ATS is highly desirableStrong organizational skills with a keen eye for detailFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior-level executivesAbility to work collaboratively in a fun, flexible, and high-performing teamMinimum 7+ years relevant experience working in Talent Acquisition/Human ResourcesFocus on business goals, results oriented and solution-driven approach to workHybrid, 3-days a week required working from our London officeWhat we can offer
