Our client is an eCommerce business specializing in motorcycle parts and accessories, offering a wide range of products from various brands. They are looking to add a new team member to enhance their customer service experience for their expanding customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's eBay and Amazon stores.
• Collaborate with channel account managers to optimize account opportunities.
• Work closely with the Systems team for website-related tasks.
• Implement promotions across sales channels and analyze results.
• Optimize listings for better sales conversions.
• Showcase new products and monitor their performance.
• Generate key reports for the business and share findings with the team.

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing eBay business accounts.
• Basic understanding of Amazon commerce practices.
• Familiarity with marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Adaptability to changes in the eCommerce landscape.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in motorbikes is a plus.
