Logistics People are looking for HGV Drivers/HGV Class 1 Drivers/LGV Drivers/LGV Class 1 Drivers/Class 1 Drivers working on a Full time Equivalent (FTE) basis at our CML Telford depot.

Must be able to do occasional nights out

Location: Telford

Working Hours: 5 On 3 Off 4 On 4 Off Shifts Available

Pay Rate:

  • 5 On 3 Off £16.52 P/hr
  • 4 On 4 Off £16.52 P/hr

Extra Day Rate:

  • Extra Day Rate Mon Fri £188.49 per shift
  • Extra Day Rate Sat £226.60 per shift
  • Extra Day Rate Sun £257.50 per shift
  • Start times available between 07 59 & 21 59 Shift premium of £10 per shift
  • Start times available between 14:00 - 20:59 - Shift premium of £15 per shift

The role consists of completing deliveries and collections.

Driving Assessment Required

About You:

  • You should hold a HGV 1/C+E Licence for a minimum 2 years
  • No more than 6 points no DD/ DR Code convictions
  • Hold a current valid DCPC & Tacho cards
  • Understand and able to comply with Driver s hours and WTD legislation
  • Able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly
  • Should comply with on-site health and safety requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
