Nursery Room Leader

As a Nursery Room Leader you would be joining a dedicated and passionate team of early years practitioners, alongside a brilliant senior management team, who share a child-centred philosophy and love of the outdoors.

Responsibilities:
The Nursery Room Leader will mentor a team, ensuring a cohesive and supportive work environmentDevelop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote children's learning and developmentMaintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere within the nursery, building strong relationships with children, parents, and staffConduct regular assessments and observations, providing feedback to support continuous improvementEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of health and safetyKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
