The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel is looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to join the Food & Beverage team

We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant & Bar Manager who is keen to grow inside the biggest hotel company in the world, at Portsmouth Marriott Hotel. Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower has a range of amenities including: Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fitness centre.

As the Restaurant & Bar Manager you will...

  • Support in making memories for our hotel guests and restaurant clients.
  • Work enthusiastically as a member of Food and Beverage Team.
  • Utilise interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
  • Accountable for overall success of the food and beverage operations
  • Lead shifts and serve as a role model and drive training & development for the team
  • Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility.
  • Supervise all Food and Beverage operation areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produce
  • Ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with the rest of the hotel team.
