Salary: Up to £44,000 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Support the delivery of learning, events and visits across multiple training facility locations
- Provide oversight, project management and leadership on projects that come through the SASK New Business Demand process
- Facilitate delivery of the individual project objectives, monitor and report progress updates and drive on time action closure
- Coordinate capacity management plan across multiple training facility locations and produce required management information tracking utilisation and trends
- Manage relationships with key facility stakeholders both internal and external to the facility
- Coordinate and support the governance, assurance and delivery of facility standards and process confirmations
Your skills and experiences:
- You will be an experienced professional with strong knowledge of Project Management (tools, techniques, practices)
- Be proactive and able to problem-solve emergent issues and challenges effectively
- Have a good understanding of the Business environment to support the delivery of the facilities strategic priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Be recognised as a Project Management practitioner with a PM qualification or willing to work towards it

The SASK Facilities team:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Learner & Events Services Team that sits within the SASK Facility team. They focus on the enabling of all training within the facility and supports the operational delivery of the Submarine Academy for Skills & Knowledge (SASK). Here you will have high exposure to various levels of the business and external stakeholders. This is an exciting time to join the team as we are undergoing growth and expansion as well as offering a varied role. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
