Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:

  • Submitting new business and monitoring its progress through to completion
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and product providers of a regulated firm
  • Creating professional and accurate written correspondence in compliance with the firm's documentation standards
  • Keeping the firm regularly updated on ongoing work and progress
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings, including meeting rooms and refreshments
  • Assisting with meeting preparation and preparing review packs
  • Maintaining back office systems and investment platforms
  • Taking personal responsibility for the accuracy of recorded data
  • Arranging new business illustrations

What is Needed to Be Considered for This Role:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience as an IFA Administrator
  • Experience using IO
  • Ability to handle IT and telecommunications equipment
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional attitude
