Here at Veritas we are currently looking for unqualified teachers who are wanting to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school based in the heart of Wakefield.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our team as an Unqualified Teacher. This position requires confidence and proficiency in working across both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and KS2, catering to the diverse needs of students.
• Support the planning and preparation of lesson materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum objectives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and implement strategies for improvement.
• Uphold the school's values and policies, promoting a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence.

Requirements:

• Confidence and proficiency in teaching across KS1 and KS2.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
• Previous experience working with a school environment
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
