As a Finance SME you will conduit between the Project team and Group Finance, working with the different teams to ensure their needs are captured and understood by the project.   • Be an excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements.
  • Be able to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and being able to work to strict deadlines.
  • Be able to clearly articulate processes and challenges to the Project team.
  • Be customer focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Have strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Group Finance R2R processes and systems.
  • Demonstrable experience of supporting finance projects, with the ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified by yourself.
