The Company

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the fuel sector.

Duties

  • Manage, motivate and lead a sales team
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the fuel sector to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales department.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the fuel sector.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for major clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fuel sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for expansion.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, addressing pricing, terms, and contract details.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards in contract management.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Regularly assess sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

The Candidate

  • Proven experience in sales management within the fuel or energy sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the fuel industry, including products, pricing, and market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
