DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Quality Control Technicianto play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Sampling of manufactured products by following a defined methodology and procedure
- Documenting validation of products at the point of goods received
- Dealing with returns and communicating with customer regarding any issues
- General administration duties using various systems such as ETQ.
- Ensure compliance of operation towards quality management system and regulatory requirements by auditing the site operation.
- Ensure product compliance to agreed product specifications through the Warehouse process. Support customer and other third party audits as they occur.
- Complete all Quality related investigation using the CAPA principles as requested by the Quality Manager
- Implement and supervise the adherence of Quality Management System (15 Global Quality Standards) and Quality BASICS
- Investigate the risk of business disruptions and implement identified mitigation.

- Knowledge on DHL Supply Chain Quality Management System (QMS) - Global Policy & Objectives, Global Quality Manual, 15 Global Quality Standards, Quality BASICS, Sector/Country/Site Quality and Regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good facilitation skills
- Good presentation and project management skills
- Ability to enter and process data to generate reports in a timely manner
- Experience in auditing ( desirable)
