Course Coordinator

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Course Coordinator to work as a member of the Global Studies Professional Services education and students team. The post-holder will be an excellent communicator with an eye for detail and the ability to deliver high levels of customer service to students and staff. Experience of a similar role supporting the delivery of taught modules will be an advantage.

Experience of working in a busy customer-facing environment is essential and a strong commitment to consistently delivering the highest possible standard of service is expected. The appointed post holder will have the ability to show initiative, flexibility, and be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
