You will be focused on continuous and seamless guest service, you will have fantastic communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

To excel in this role, you will also need plenty of drive, be a forward thinker and a strong team player*WHAT YOU'LL DO ...*As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the day to day running of the department.

Have a friendly yet professional persona and you must have experience of working with an establishment of a similar standard.

Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team.

Ensure staff are working to exceptionally high standards at all times.
