An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as an IT Trainer in Learning & Development Services.

What you will be doing?

To assist in the delivery and facilitation of IT / Niche systems training and development programmes for the Force, monitoring standards and ensuring effective training and development interventions are in place to meet the organisational needs.

• To Act as a Lead IT Trainer and will be the subject matter lead and first point of contact in the provision of advice and
  guidance in all aspects of IT training.
• To research, develop and deliver IT learning and development activities to meet Force needs, together with related
  courseware and other appropriate materials.
• Writing original reports to improve the quality and performance of the work area you support
• To present a professional image and service to students when delivering IT training, effectively engaging with internal and
  external customers at all levels.
