The company:
An established Kent based contractor with a proven track record of delivering projects ranging from 250,000 to 5 million across new build and refurbishment schemes throughout the South East. Due to a run of successful contract awards that commence in the coming weeks the contractor is looking to increase the size of its project delivery team.
The project:
New build 4m D&B commercial unit at the early stages of construction. Works comprise of civil engineering, piled foundations, steel frame structure with varying cladding types and internal fit out.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Able to demonstrate previous experience of managing projects in a lead role.
- CSCS Card (NVQ Level 2 upwards).
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Temporary Works qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong paperwork skills.
- Good level of I.T literacy.
