Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Conveyancer to join our client's conveyancing department in Shotton, with the added flexibility of predominantly working from home.
This role also offers occasional work in their Wrexham office.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finishConducting thorough property searches and due diligenceCrafting and reviewing legal documentsCollaborating effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholdersProviding expert guidance on property law mattersEnsuring strict compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Licensed ConveyancerA minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experienceStrong grasp of property law and conveyancing processesExceptional communication and client-facing skillsDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive teamWhile a driving license and access to a car are advantageous, they are not mandatory
