We are looking for a committed and self-motivate candidate to join our Maths and English team as Curriculum Administrator and also provide support to Teaching and Learning.

You will work as part of the Maths and English Provision and also administrative support for Staff CPD.

Your Duties

You will:

  • track and record student absence.
  • organise key meetings involving College staff, students and parents.
  • support the organisation of core College events.
  • provide a key point of contact for both internal and external customers.
  • support our Performance Monitoring Boards, which track course progress and achievement.
  • produce letters to parents and other communications.
  • administer the workforce development application process.

Person Specification

The skills, experience and qualities of the ideal candidate would be:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Experience of working in a professional, customer-focused office environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to use the range of Microsoft packages
