Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented Poker Manager to join our dynamic team at the splendid Bury New Road casino in Manchester. You will:

  • Support and manage the staff delivering the gaming experience, aiding dealers in offering the best game experience to customers.
  • Cultivate customer relationships to enhance their experience and facilitate their transition from casino visitors to active participants in gaming.
  • Forge strong ties with the Customer Services Manager to ensure customers enjoy a seamless journey from admission to gaming.
  • Establish the operational standards for the Poker Room.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Superb customer service abilities and the knack for handling various issues while creating, executing, monitoring, and evaluating promotional initiatives effectively.
  • Thorough knowledge of all poker room games.
  • Understanding of tournament and cash game regulations.
  • Experience in team management.
