My client is a UK Top 50 firm, with notable clients from FTSE 100 companies to HNW individuals. The firm's outstanding residential development team work on behalf of a large number of the top 20 housebuilders in the UK, advising on the complete lifecycle of a new build property matters. They are seeking a mid to senior level solicitor to join their market leading team, promising exposure to work of the highest level, within a collaborative team advising at the leading edge of the property development market.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Advising a wide range of national and regional housebuilder clients, on matters relating to land acquisition deals, strategic option agreements and a wealth of ancillary work in transfers, funding agreements and more.
  • Working for property developers on brownfield regeneration.
  • Acting for housebuilder clients on large scale disposals and bulk selling.
  • Mentoring and assisting junior members of the team.
  • Engaging in business development and client training events.
