CPL have partnered with Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) to recruit for a Curatorial F (E01 Grade) to join their team on a temporary, with possibility of extension.
· Pay Rate - £15.97 per/hr
· Location – DfC, PRONI – Records Management, Cataloguing and Access
· Benefits – 37 days holiday per annum
· Hours – 37 hours per week
Responsibilities will include:
· Researching and responding to requests for information relating to official collections at PRONI, collating information on such requests and liaising with other public bodies where necessary.
· Researching and responding to requests for information relating to official collections in accordance with access to information legislation such as FOIA, DPA and the Court Files Privileged Access Rules (NI) 2016, collating information on such requests and liaising with other public bodies where necessary.
· Sorting, cataloguing and digitising official collections and updating existing PRONI catalogues in line with international standards
· An ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Essential Experience/Qualifications
· At least a second-class honours degree in any discipline and at least one of the following: a post-graduate archival or records/information management qualification e.g. Diploma in Archive Administration or an MA in Archive Administration or Records Management; or at least 1 years' experience in applying archival or records and information management principles, policies and practices.
Relevant or Equivalent Qualifications
Applications will also be considered from applicants with relevant formal qualifications considered to be of an equivalent or higher standard to those stated.
