The Firm

This Top 100 firm has one of the most well-respected names for quality work across Liverpool, Manchester and the North West. They are a multi-service practice, with HNW flavour throughout their departments. The firm punches well above their weight and their main competitors are impressively some Top 50 firms, they deal on par with some of the country's most well-known law firms.

They are ranked highly in the Legal 500, and in the last five years they have nearly doubled in size, this is due to a dynamic team, some strategic key hires, and an influx of work, which covers both domestic and international matters, across practice areas that include Media, Technology, Corporate, Agriculture, Private Wealth, Environment and Charities.

The firm is very entrepreneurial and is ahead of the curve on the changing legal landscape; they have invested in artificial intelligence, using state of the art software allowing staff to save days of work. This firm is the only SME sized law firm using it, other big international names have used it for several years. It is this approach and strong leadership why they remain to be highly profitable.

The Role

This Top 100 firm are looking for a Family Paralegal to join them in their Legal 500 ranked and Chambers ranked department within their Manchester office.

This firm is recognised for the HNW individuals and Families client services. With a number of Legal 500, chambers and Partners and Spears 500 recognised individuals in their ranks you will be part of an award-winning Family team.

Due to growth within their Manchester office, there is an opportunity for a Paralegal to join this ambitious team. There is a genuine opportunity to progress, the sky is the limit with what you can achieve.

You will be working closely alongside the Senior Associates and Partners to implement the department strategy, undertaking Family matters within:

Divorce, dissolution, separation and financial ordersThe valuation and treatment of businesses and inheritancesCohabitation agreementsCohabitation breakdownPre- and post-nuptial agreementsArrangements for children on the breakdown of a relationshipChild maintenance and financial provision for childrenInternational family cases
RequirementsYou will be a Family ParalegalYou will be currently working within a very reputable firm and Family departmentA meticulous eye for detailRemuneration
