About the role:
- Edge Hill University is looking for a skilled senior professional to fill the position of Pro Vice-Chancellor (Resources). - The role of PVC (Resources) covers a wide range of responsibilities, including overseeing Finance, Facilities Management, IT and Digital Services, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and Capital Developments. The specific duties will be tailored to the individual's expertise.
- Joining a well-managed University with clear objectives, you will be part of the Vice-Chancellor's Executive Group, playing a crucial role in driving the University's strategic growth and operational success. By ensuring financial and operational excellence, in collaboration with others, you will help realize our vision and strategic plans.
- Collaborating with the Executive team, your responsibilities will involve motivating and engaging staff, proactive communication, and influencing stakeholders internally and externally. Serving as a positive role model, your commitment to fostering a supportive working environment is essential.
