Ground Instructor

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Ground Instructor to join the Pilot Training Dept of Europe's Largest Airline Group

This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft within the next 10 years and train over 1000 new pilots annually. The successful candidate will join a team of instructors committed to delivering high quality theory training for initial pilot training courses based in the East Midlands Training Centre, the home of our ATO.

Candidates with previous experience of the B737 (flying or engineering) and / or experience in designing course frame work will be highly regarded.

Please note, that this a completely non-flying position.

Duties will include not be limited to:

• Delivery of classroom training sessions to inital pilots
• Preparation of Coursework, Presentations and e-learning content
• Technical and Ground School query system administration
• Supervising and correcting examinations
• Ad-hoc duties as required
• ATPL theory examinations completed, will be at a distinct advantage
• Previous aviation instructional experience (B737 experience would be advantageous)
• Previous Aircraft Engineering experience will be highly regarded
• Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
• Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc)
