About the Company

This highly respected events business is a leader in its field and now has a need for a recently qualified employment lawyer to join the business.

The Opportunity

The role is hugely varied and will really cover all aspects of employment law for the EMEA part of the business. Responsibilities will include advising on TUPE, policies and procedures, grievance and disciplinary matters and well as drafting and implementing appropriate precedents. The role will work across the EMEA business with interaction with international offices.

The team is structured in such a way that there will be more senior employment lawyer to continue to learn from and whom will invest in your professional development and progression.

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer to join a leading business. Broad employment experience ideally gained with a respected employment practice would be welcome. You will also need to demonstrate commercial acumen and the ability to work across a wide range of employment law matters. You will have the opportunity to work with people across the business and as a result, strong interpersonal skills are also required.

This is a rare and unique in-house opportunity for a recently qualified employment lawyer.
