Your new company
You will be working for an expanding business in Southampton who are looking to hire a Trainee Finance Administrator.
Your new role

Responsible for the administration of banking platforms for our clientsSetting up access and authorised signatories for clients on their banking platformsMaintain the banking access log.Liaise with the client facing admin teams, whether that be via telephone, email, team messages or in person, whenever situations or queries ariseMonitor email ticketing tool and prioritise banking requests in a timely manner.Assist with the teams' monthly service level agreement (SLA) reporting.Perform regular banking platform reconciliation escalating any anomalies.Assist in appropriate projects that arise within the Client Operations department.Liaise with managers to resolve any queries.Monitoring changes to authorised signatory lists, adding and removing users' access as applicable. What you'll need to succeed You must have full right-to-work in the UK, with prior UK experience working in finance / administration.Previous experience working in Administration, Finance or BankingKnowledge of MS OfficeGood written and verbal communicationGood telephone manner What you'll get in return You will earn a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum.Study SupportAnnual Bonus (Discretionary)PensionIncome ProtectionLife Assurance = 4x Annual SalaryMedical Insurance What you need to do now
