We are looking to appoint a KS3 Academic Lead whose main purpose will be:

To be accountable for the progress and attainment of all students and groups of students within KS3To inspire and motivate students to develop and sustain high levels of achievement in all areas To work closely with our MAT to ensure alignment of practices and good progress for our students To work with all teachers responsible for KS3 in supporting the development and progress of students To oversee communication between home and schoolTo safeguard students' welfare and personal developmentTo take a full role within the school community as a senior middle leader All applicants are required to complete a Fir Vale application form.
