The role: A vacancy has arisen for a Senior ICT Technician to provide efficient and friendly ICT client support services to the School community. The postholder will provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support for a portfolio of advanced topics. They will maintain and administer the Active Directory, Exchange and O365 services, the School's Virtual Learning Environment and the software library, as well as implementing a portfolio of department projects.

The skills: This role will suit someone with experience in a similar role, who prides themselves on their strong helpdesk experience and excellent customer relationship building skills. You will enjoy using your problem-solving skills to see issues through to completion and champion the constant improvement of the department's expertise and effectiveness. Supervisory skills are important as you will be mentoring junior team members. You will appreciate working within a friendly team, surrounded by a variety of interesting and historic buildings, and being part of the life of our vibrant School.
