About the role

The HR Solution Integration Analyst, within the Enterprise Applications / HR Tech Product/Change team, which is part of the D&T CTO organization, will work closely with HR business teams, Tech Product & Service teams, third party vendors and service providers to ensure proper technical design, implementation, and support for Tech solutions and first class tech enablement, standardization, continuous improvement and compliance of end-to-end HR Tech integrations and HR tech solution landscape.

The HR Solution Integration Analyst, will transcend the entire HR tech domain & landscape and will possess strong HR tech technical/integration (Workday integrations is highly desirable), architecture, system and service experience to be able to provide technical guidance and advice to the Head of HR Tech, Product Directors/Managers & Experts and Tech architects to ensure that HR integrations & technical solutions are fit for purpose, providing feasible solutions which will meet the requirements from our stakeholders (e.g.
alignment to architecture design principles) and deliver value to our end users.

In addition, the incumbent will be expected to be a Workday Integrations expert, managing and supporting a portfolio of 100+ related integrations.

New role required within team to initially support PIA transformation across HR and then build into ongoing BAU D&T Tech team to support new technology and optimizations delivered via PIA and then by ongoing HR Tech Product / Change team.

Key responsibilitiesTechnical overview of all (or assigned) HR technology / Workday integrations & solutions and helping to ensure all solutions/integrations supporting the business are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements.Gather business / system integration requirements and translate them into technical design specs & documentationPropose best fit integration solutions on any of the following technologies:
Web Services, SAP, REST, XML, XSLT.Build/configure completely new integrations, as well as supporting and enhancing existing integrations, using Workday delivered integration templates, EIBs, Workday Studio, RaaSEnsure data passing from upstream / downstream systems (e.g.
SAP ERP) through integration is efficient, accurate and secure.
This also includes building reporting capabilities that support both operational reporting as well as analytic reporting.Manage change activity, including solution integration delivered changes & high adoption of standard integrations, into the relevant environments in a compliant and efficient manner (in partnership with the RUN/BAU team).Qualifications and skillsEssentialDegree 7 University education, with 3-5 years of relevant experienceExtensive knowledge and experience of designing, configuring and supporting Workday & other HR tech integrations.Extensive knowledge and experience with Workday integration stack (Workday Studio, Workday connectors, EIB's, Workday Data Migration, etc.)PreferredExperience with tools such as Workday Studio, Oxygen, Postman/SOAP UI or equivalentsExperience of enhancing and/or developing BIRT reports and Extend applicationsExperience of building Workday integrations library, doing administration tasks in supportive tools like Aha or JiraWorkday certification Please save a copy of the job description, as this may be helpful to refer to once the advert closes.
