What you'll be responsible for...
Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, we seek an individual who thrives on diversity and adapts readily to different work settings. Eager to understand the inner workings of each hotel department? At Holiday Inn Express Leicester, you will fulfill various roles each day, including Guest Service Agent, Receptionist, Food & Beverage Assistant, and Housekeeping - ensuring each shift brings new challenges.
Our team operates like a close-knit unit, collaborating seamlessly to provide exceptional guest experiences through timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely exceptional service. We are a team of authentic, enthusiastic individuals who prioritize teamwork and excellence in service.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
While we primarily focus on personality and potential, the following qualities and skills will be necessary for the role of Guest Service Assistant.
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Preferably, experience in customer-facing roles. Lack of experience is not an issue - we provide comprehensive training
- A positive and proactive mindset
- Proficiency in using computers with a professional telephone demeanor
