We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics D365 Trainer to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in our global roll-out of D365 across our European entities, focusing on training users in various finance processes, supporting cut-over activities, and providing post-go-live support.
Key
Responsibilities:
Train D365 Finance users on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Banking, Fixed Assets, Stock Management, General Ledger, Month-End Processes, and Reporting.Create and maintain training materials, reference guides, and e-learning resources.Coordinate training activities across Sales, Client Service, and Fulfilment functions.Support Finance system testing, data migration, system enhancements, and entity-specific requirements.
