As the Brand and EVP Manager for Talent Attraction, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand and attracting top talent to join NatWest. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to showcase our company culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates. Through compelling content creation and strategic branding initiatives, you'll help us stand out as an employer of choice in the competitive talent market.

The role will act as brand and creative guardian across all our content, ensuring our assets are on-brand and produced to a high qualityThe role holder will work across the team, working closely with attraction, channel, and digital platform leads across UK and IndiaYou'll design and deliver our content ambassadors strategy, building a network of colleagues who will help share stories and be part of our attraction assetsWe'll look to you to contribute to the creation and delivery of all products and services required to meet our journey visionYou'll be continually identifying opportunities to digitise, improve and manage the journey to deliver increased colleague value and effortless experiences What you'll do You'll be creating and driving the delivery of the journey backlog, and effectively prioritising work to maintain the completion of releasable increments in every sprint. You'll be driving all business performance and proposition activities, making sure the journey runs effortlessly with true colleague focus. You'll also be: Providing subject matter expertise to the journey and goal relating to brand and EVP in the Talent Attraction spaceCollaborating with internal teams, including culture and capability, comms, marketing, and D,E&I to ensure alignment of branding and recruitment initiativesSyndicating the recruitment marketing content plan with all key stakeholders, facilitating discussion and agreement on critical areasOwning creative direction of recruitment marketing materials and act as primary brand guardian for all creative producedManaging delivery of our always-on attraction plan through our 3rd party creative agencyStaying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employer branding and talent attraction to identify new opportunities for innovationInputting to and delivering journey mapping, service blueprinting and process mappingUsing innovative systems thinking to design digital solutions, identifying opportunities for streamlining work and deploying experimentation and testing to improve experience for colleagues The skills you'll need We're looking for a subject matter expert in brand management, content planning and agency management. You'll also need to understand process design, with knowledge of critical agile capabilities and ways of working. You'll also need knowledge and experience of change delivery and experience design, utilising data and systems thinking. On top of this, you'll need: Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction, preferably in a fast-paced environmentExcellent knowledge of brand and content management, including managing strategy, performance metrics, brand engagement and designDesign experience, either creating or critiquing brand designPrevious experience of managing and motivating external creative agenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of digital and direct marketing Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to put across complex ideas simply in a verbal or written formatThe ability to galvanise support across a complex organisation and a wide range of stakeholdersWorking knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including programmatic buying, social media, CRM, content marketing and campaign managementExperience of driving and delivering innovative ideas through agile ways of working, with the ability to work at a fast-pace and adapt with changing business needsThe ability to identify and envision future trends and needs, utilising systems thinking and horizon scanningStrong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage others
