Are you a fabric engineer/ handyperson who is looking to join a well-established, growing business in a varied role working on a static site, where you will be given a good work/ life balance and training to succeed and progress your career?

In this role you will be leading the FM activities for a commercial office block, carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance, such as fire alarms, heating/ plumbing, ventilation, minor electrical work, and more.

The role would suit a fabric engineer or handyperson who is looking for a static site-based role. Candidates who have more specific FM experience such as electricians, plumbers, gas engineers who are looking to train in other areas are also encouraged to apply.

The Role:

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm
  • FM maintenance of an office block
  • PPM, reactive maintenance
  • Training and progression available

The Person:

  • Building maintenance/ fabric engineering/ handyperson experience
  • Knowledge of all areas not required as training is provided
  • Commutable to Nottingham
