As a specialist in this field, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a caseload of complex spinal injury claims that have derived from Personal Injury claims.

As the role progresses you will develop your case-load into more of a 'mixed-bag' of Personal Injury files, there will also be the opportunity to handle Medical Negligence files.


Key Responsibilities:

 Conducting thorough case assessments and providing expert legal advice Managing a caseload of spinal injury claims with diligence and empathy Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court as required Collaborating with medical professionals and other experts to build compelling cases Ensuring all legal activities comply with regulatory standards
Essential Skills & Experience:

 N2 years PQE within personal injury law – qualified as a solicitor or legal executive Proven track record of handling PI files – it would be advantageous to have spinal injury experience. Strong litigation and negotiation skills Excellent client care and communication abilities Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
