Are you an Electrical Engineer from an Industrial background?

Are you looking for a career change to step off the tools, boost your earnings and make a difference in peoples' lives by training the next generation of engineers?

This well-established, employee-owned company have a long history in the engineering industry and a strong reputation, working alongside large companies and providing specialist training across the UK and overseas.

In this role, you will deliver short training courses to small groups of engineers, primarily within the local area but also across the UK. This will vary from 1-day courses to 10-day courses. You will also be responsible for designing new training courses and play an important part in shaping the company's training systems.

The ideal candidate for this position will be an Electrical Engineer from an Industrial background who has excellent technical knowledge. They will possess strong interpersonal & communication skills and be coachable & willing to learn. Previous training experience is not required; this role is ideal for someone who wants to make a career change and take on a new challenge.

  • Trainer/Instructor Role
