Multi Trader Position Available

We are currently seeking Multi Traders to join a reputable client specializing in social housing refurbishment. This position involves working on kitchens and bathrooms projects in the Pevensey area for the next few years. Candidates should have a proven track record in refurbishment projects, particularly with public sector clients. The role includes carrying out various tasks on different projects, including in Void properties, ensuring high-quality installations and repairs according to current working practices.

• Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Completing work efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Conducting inspections and identifying areas needing maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

• Must be qualified to NVQ2 level in Building Maintenance, Multi Trade repair, or demonstrate equivalent trade experience.
• Previous experience in the social housing sector preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Good understanding of various trades such as Plastering, Plumbing, Carpentry, Decorating, Wet trades, Kitchen fitting, Bathroom fitting.
• Hold a valid CSCS card.
