MET Technician

Are you an experienced MET Technician with experience of working in accident repair centres, that is looking for a new role?

You will be joining a very friendly team at an automotive bodyshops who are always wanting to help and work together to achieve the best results possible

What you can expect as a MET Technician:

Full Time / Permanent.
Salary - GBP1- GBP20 per hour (Dependent on skills and qualifications)
Individual bonus paid
Monday - Friday - 45 hours a week
NO weekends

The Role of an MET Technician:
Must have experience in stripping and refitting a variety of makes and models of vehicle.
Carry out diagnostic checks on vehicles.
Geometry Wheel Alignment.
Suspension and mechanical duties.
Stripping and Fitting Vehicles before and after paint.
Stripping and Fitting bumpers and doors.
Repairing interior Plastics and Seats.
Repairing Exterior Plastics.
Experience with ADAS systems - desirable but not essential
Repairing Windscreens - desirable but not essential
Repairing, stripping and fitting dashboards.
Dealing with wiring throughout the car.

Qualifications
ATA/NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualified MET Technician or time severed within an MET Technician role.
Full valid driving licence
Previous experience of working within an accident repair centre or with prestige vehicles would be desirable.
