Position: Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction project manager, with a focus on both domestic and commercial builds.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS)
