HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Under the supervision of the Technical Superviosr, you will be performing a variety of tasks.

Diagnosis part:

Main mission :

Diagnose and repair watches (quick services only)

Main responsibilities :

To do watches evaluation on incoming repairs

To do directly Quick service/Bracelet intervention (when applicable)

To do functional checking when issues can't be found

To provide technical support to admin staff to proceed Customer Estimate

To report all new technical problems to the relevant stakeholders

To provide quality feedback to brand HQ (where applicable)

Maintain personalised hand-tools and testing equipment in impeccable working condition

To ensure impeccable cleanliness of the personal working environment

Dismantling part:

Main mission :

Dismantling of watches

Main responsibilities :

To dismantle watches ready for repair

To report technical problems to the Technical Supervisor

Maintain personalised hand-tools and testing equipment in impeccable working condition

To ensure impeccable cleanliness of the personal working environment

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Experience in watch-repairing an advantage but not necessary

Diploma holder in watch-repairing or equivalent training course is an advantage

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
