Key Responsibilities
Providing strategic employment law advice
Handling complex employment tribunal claims
Managing cross-border issues and restructuring projects
Addressing senior-level grievances, including discrimination and whistleblowing complaints
Advising on senior executive and boardroom issues
Engaging in high-value and High Court litigation
Assisting clients in the M&A and outsourcing space
Advising financial institutions within the regulatory framework of the FCA
Supporting clients in the Life Sciences and Infrastructure sectors

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:

Have 3-5 years of PQE in employment law within a commercial practice
Demonstrate expertise in strategic employment law, complex tribunal claims, and senior executive issues
Possess experience in High Court litigation and regulatory matters within the Financial Services or other regulated sectors
Have a strong academic background and technical proficiency
Be commercially aware, understanding the operations of a large international firm
Exhibit excellent communication skills and be a team player
Show enthusiasm for growth and participation in cross-office initiatives
